make your online aircraft management experience effortless.
Michele Martin is a former Supply Chain Project Manager for Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. She has 10 years of Six Sigma

Steve Wages is an experienced HH-60G Pavehawk helicopter pilot. Steve served Gulfstream Aerospace as a
mechanic on a GV warranty crew and in spare part sales. Steve has a BA in Polical Science International Relations
and is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rated Commercial pilot with an Airframe/Powerplant and
Inspection Authorization endorsement.
Jeff Dougherty is a 22 year US Navy veteran. He served as Aviation Maintenance Department Manager, Quality
Assurance Department Manager, and Intermediate Maintenance Department Supervisor. Jeff holds a Federal
Communications Commission with radar endorsement and is a licensed Federal Electronics Mechanic. His experience
includes Business Process Analysis, Project Plan Development, and Customer Relations and a degree in Business Management.
"Since joining the SkyBOOKS team, it has been a pleasure to interface with our customers to define their
unique requirements. I look forward to being an integral part of our continuing efforts to revolutionize
our online aviation program," said Jeff Dougherty, SkyBOOKS Business Analyst.
"Earlier this year, we designed a feedback button available on all pages of the application. In response, customers
disclosed their company process problems. Our BAs are process solving specialists and will design our program
for strategic customer alignment," said John Willis, SkyBOOKS Chief Operating Officer.
